We supply the Highest Quality Jewellery from around the world created by various designers and jewellers. By registering your details with us and purchasing from our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

All prices are shown in Sterling GBP. We currently accept orders from UK , Europe and most other Countries.
Delivery - Most UK orders are delivered within 24 - 72 hours after despatch and 2 - 10 days for the Europe and Rest of World. Orders are normally despatched within 7 days from order date. If there are any significant delays with your order you will be informed via order progress email updates throughout the entire despatch process. If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 30 days you may cancel the order for a full refund.
All stock is subject to strict Quality Control checks before shipping and always despatched in A1 Perfect condition. To insure stock reaches you in the same Perfect condition we use a variety of packaging materials and boxes to protect your consignment during transit. All consignments are shipped fully insured against damage or loss in transit.
Cooling off Period - We offer a 7 day cooling off period allowing customers to cancel their order within 7 days for a full refund for the cost of goods subject to the following exceptions. All returned items must be in original packaging with all seals intact, unworn and not resized or altered in any way. In the interest of hygiene and customer safety returns of any Body Jewellery or Earrings will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any body jewellery returned will not be refunded. Rings ordered to a specific size cannot be returned, rings are finished by our in house designers and jewellers to customers specified size stated at time of order. Please check ring size is correct at time of ordering as refunds cannot be given for incorrectly sized rings. All jewellery and watches are checked thouroughly for micro scratches when returned, any items found to have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and the cost of returning goods under the 7 day cooling off period will be at the customers expense. We must be informed in writing by the customer within 7 days of their intention to return goods. We will supply a Returns Authorisation Number (RNA) and goods must be returned to : PO BOX 2657 , ROMFORD , RM4 1WD , UK. We recommend an insured signed for delivery service as the insurance risk of the goods remains with the customer until goods are returned to our premises. If we do not receive the goods back to our premises safely no refund can be given. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number (RNA).
Damage in Transit - Any damages must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of delivery for a claim to be valid. We will supply a Returns Authorisation Number (RNA) and goods must be returned to : PO BOX 2657 , ROMFORD , RM4 1WD , UK. Please inspect the whole consignment upon delivery and indicate any damages clearly on carriers delivery note. Only sign for the quantity of cartons actually received in multiple carton consignments. All packaging must be kept in the case of damage in transit for inspection during the insurance claims procedure. In the case of goods being damaged , if returned to us and accepted upon inspection by us to be damaged in transit they will be replaced as originally ordered. In the case of damage in transit we will reimburse your cost to return the goods by your countries national postal service (insurance is recommended as we can only replace returns that we receive safely). UK customers should use Recorded mail or Special Delivery for high value goods. We will not reimburse return costs for any other courier services such as Fedex or Express shipping services. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number (RNA).
