3. All you need to do is place our affiliate links, banners and direct product links on your website and earn commission for every sale made by a customer you refer. We supply all banners and you can create your own specific product links in your Urban-Jewellery.com affiliate admin center. You will also earn commission on all sales made by a new affiliate that joins our program through your site.

What are the commission rates?
4. We pay 7% commission on any direct sale made to a customer you refer. Our affiliate program has 2 tiers.
The first tier a direct sale to a customer pays 7%. Tier two will pay you 2% of any sales made by a new affiliate that you have reffered through your website. If you reach £2000 in total sales in any one monthly payment period we will increase your commission to super affiliate level of 9% for all sales after that point during that month. All you need to do is keep your total sales volume over £2000 to keep your commision at 9% (if your total sales volume falls below £2000 in any monthly payment period you will revert to the normal affiliate commission of 7% until you reach the super affiliate sales volume again).

When and how do I get paid my commission?
5. We pay all affiliate payments on or around the end of each month as long as your commission payment is over £40 (amounts under £40 will be carried over to the next payment period). Commissions are held for 30 days before payment becoming due to affiliates to ensure payment from the end user and to make sure the goods are not returned. In the event of returns from the end customer or credit card chargebacks your account will be debited for the relevant commission. If goods are returned or credit card chargeback performed on sales where commissions have already been paid the commission for the cancelled order will be debited from future commissions.
Affiliates can be paid by Paypal, UK affiliates can also be paid via Cheque. Some payment methods are subject to charges, all payments are sent in GBP Sterling (£).
PAYPAL - We pay all affiliates International or UK based by Paypal FREE of any charges.
The only payment method available to international affiliates currently is Paypal. UK affiliates can also be paid via cheque subject to a processing fee.
UK Cheque - Payments to UK based affiliates via cheque will be subject to a £2 admin fee.
We advise all affiliates to use PAYPAL as we pay affiliates FREE with PAYPAL to sign up to PAYPAL now click here. Charges shown reflect costs associated with paying affiliates for administration and banking charges. Admin charges shown for your chosen payment method will be deducted from your commission payment.

What if I am VAT registered?
8. If you are a VAT registered company within the UK please enter your VAT number in the affiliate application form. If you wish to charge VAT on your commission from us you will need to supply us with a VAT invoice for your commission. We will email you at the end of the billing period and request an invoice from you for your commission. Only enter your VAT number in the application form if you wish to charge VAT and are a UK based VAT registered company.

9. Affiliates can advertise their affiliate links with Pay per Click advertisers such as Google Adwords or Overture etc. Please make sure to read all terms and conditions of the advertisers and make sure to comply with all guidelines.
